As a community service, Early Light Media is offering free leadership message videos for the next two weeks (starting Monday) to organizations that have critical COVID-19 messaging to get to their employees, the public, or service providers.
How To Get Your Free Video
Deliverable: One 2-3 minute video per organization
Filming Location: Our Baltimore HQ, 3500 Boston St Suite 411, Baltimore, MD 21224 *Note: safety is top priority. We will maintain a regularly cleaned environment and sanitized equipment. We ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms that you refrain from visiting our studio. We will be replacing handshakes and hugs with the namaste bow or air high fives (maybe forever. They are cool greetings anyhow!)
Messaging: Messaging must be directly related to getting out information about COVID-19. This is for businesses or non-profits that want to reassure their clients, customers, staff or service providers or give them important information with a professional video. As an example, this does not include videos being created to replace content at a conference that was canceled due to COVID-19 or similar videos. The deliverable is a message from your leadership team.
Length: 2-3 Minutes.
Style: Minimal editing, talking to camera in a studio environment. Basic lower-thirds and interstitial graphics. We can also add a logo and call to action at the end.
Note on Bandwidth: All this is available on a first come, first serve basis and is available as long as we have bandwidth. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all requests as much as we want to help as many as possible.

Regular Projects Live On!
Of course, our regular video production service, video editing, and animation capabilities are always available to all our clients and are scheduled as usual. We have set up contingencies to operate remotely if necessary to handle nearly any request that comes our way. We have the ability to work, plan, produce, edit, & animate from home offices if necessary. On set, our film crews are maintaining all CDC recommended safety strategies and taking all precautions necessary.
Safety of our staff and clients as well as clear communication are what is most important at this time and we hope to help the community however we can.
